WAP Ambassador (2022-23)

I feel blessed and grateful to be a part of such a programme
wherein I could learn, interact, put forth my views in our ‘safe space’
freely, practice critical thinking, work hard towards betterment of mental
health and discover several creative domains to work on.

Jhanvi Mehta

WAP Ambassador (2022-23)

The process till now has been experiential, challenging and yet, all the while only getting more interesting and exciting. The amount of learning I gained through first-hand experience from handling the logistics to designing the content to the actual delivery of the programme to the participants finding a safe place to speak up about their concerns; the entire process illuminated me to the reality of mental health in India than any other course ever could.

I could feel my growth escalating in leaps and bounds through the entire programme.

WAP Ambassador (2022-23)

The June training sessions were very enjoyable for me. That has to be my favourite memory. I felt like I knew everything about Psychology after learning so much in a month. Even though it was a bit challenging for me, I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the facilitators and hearing what other ambassadors had to say. I am in awe of our mentorship opportunity as having a mentor assigned to me is extremely beneficial. They assist me at any time and in any situation. They are incredibly sweet and supportive.
